Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.



Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

 

Q: Do you have other parts that are not in your webstore?

A: Yes.  We have nearly any aftermarket accessory available to ship.  Please call is you do not see what you are looking for.

 

Q: Can I have the parts I buy here installed at your shop?

A: Absolutely.  Please call up to make an appointment for installation.

 

Q: If I purchased an item and it doesn't fit, can I return it?

A: If we sent the wrong item in error or there is a manufacturing defect causing it not to fit, we will send you a label to return that item and send you a replacement.  If you ordered the wrong part by accident, we can accept the item back as long as it is in the original packaging and has not been installed.  All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
