This kit includes two Black Diamond head gaskets and ARP head studs. This is a kit for replacing your head gaskets. For performance and heavy duty applications we always suggest upgrading to ARP head studs. Included in this kit is a Black Diamond oil and gaskets. A complete set of intake and exhaust manifold gaskets is also included.
Also included in this kit is a Black Diamond Upgraded egr cooler. This cooler is guaranteed not to rupture or leak and is backed by a lifetime warranty. This kit will install causing no check engine lights and is completely emissions legal. (This kit is for trucks with a square stock egr cooler only)

Which size head gaskets do you need for your truck?
The 03-05 engines all had 18MM head dowels. From January of 2006 on, all 6.0 engines had 20MM head dowels. If you have a 2006 engine please check engine build date or remove heads first to ensure you order the proper size dowel and gasket for your engine. If you happen to order the wrong size we will gladly exchange the gaskets for the proper size later.
