Dynomite Diesel Upgraded Injector Applications

Dodge 5.9 and 6.7 Cummins Diesel Engines

 

1988-1993 Cummins 5.9 12V Injector Options:

Economy - Economy Series injector with brand new nozzle & brand new injector body, OEM quality with slight performance gain over stock. 

Stage 1 - approximately 50 HP improvement over stock (45LPM).  With proper supporting modifications injectors will support up to 275 RWHP.

Stage 2 - approximately 75-100 HP improvement over stock (50LPM).  With proper supporting modifications injectors will support up to 350 RWHP. Good smoke control.  Should be used with modified turbo & modified injection pump.

Stage 3 - approximately 100-150 HP improvement over stock (55LPM).  With proper supporting modifications injectors will support up to 400 RWHP.  Sold as a brand new matched injector set.  Upgraded turbo & modified injection pump highly recommended.

Comp - Custom built injectors based on vehicle specifics and intended use. Recommended for 425+ RWHP applications with a heavily modified pump & modified turbo.

 

1994-1998 Cummins 5.9 12V Injector Options:

Economy - Economy Series injector set with brand new matched injector set, OEM quality with slight performance gain over stock.

Stage 1 - enough fuel to support 400 RWHP.  MPG increase & great smoke control.  Recommended timing 17°-18°.

Stage 2 - enough fuel to support 500-550 RWHP.  Expect MPG increase over stock injectors with good smoke control.  Not recommended for frequent towing with stock turbo charger.  Recommend timing at 18°-19°. 

Stage 3 - Biggest Street injector recommended. Enough fuel to support roughly 700 RWHP. Modified fuel supply is ideal. Recommended timing 20°-22°

Stage 4 - Enough fuel to support 850-900 RWHP.  Injectors are intended for off-road use and are big enough to be ran with a 13mm pump.  Heavily modified P-Pump and upgraded turbo(s) are mandatory.  Not intended for street use due to smoke output.  Recommend timing 23°-28° but please call for timing recommendations based off your intended use & RPM! 

Comp - Custom built brand new matched injectors. Enough fuel to support up to 1,150 RWHP.

 

1998.5=2002 Cummins 5.9 24V Injector Options:

Economy - OEM injector body with brand new high quality lightly honed nozzle for a 15-25HP improvement over stock.

ISB50 - 50 RWHP improvement & enough fuel to support 385 RWHP.  Excellent fuel economy with stock like smoke output & a quiet smooth operation.  Recommended for stock & mildly upgraded vehicles.  Great option for heavy towing with a stock turbo.

ISB75 - 75 RWHP improvement.  Our most popular selling injector set due to it's mix of excellent fuel economy, added performance, & minimal increase in smoke output.  Enough fuel to support 420 RWHP.  Maximum size injector recommended for stock turbo.

ISB100 - High performance injector set, with enough fuel to support 450 RWHP.  Recommend modified turbo(s) to keep EGT & smoke under control.

ISB125 - Enough fuel to support 520 RWHP. Biggest street injector recommended due to excessive smoke.  Injector set utilizes Dynomite's exclusive SAC nozzles.  Upgraded turbo(s) are mandatory. NOTE:  Some trucks may exhibit a slight lope at idle due to nozzle design utilized.  If a modified VP44, oversized injection lines, or oversized connector tubes are installed, the lope will likely be much worse.

ISB150 - Injector set intended for high performance use with little to no towing.  Should be used in high performance applications only and will supply enough fuel to support 550 RWHP. Injector set utilizes Dynomite's exclusive SAC nozzles.  Upgraded turbo(s) are mandatory.  NOTE:  Some trucks may exhibit a slight lope at idle due to nozzle design utilized.  If a modified VP44, oversized injection lines, or oversized connector tubes are installed, the lope will likely be much worse. 

ISB200 - Injector set intended for high performance use with no towing.  Should be used only in high performance applications and will supply enough fuel to support 600 RWHP. Injector set utilizes Dynomite's exclusive SAC nozzles.  Upgraded turbo(s) are mandatory. NOTE:  Some trucks may exhibit a slight lope at idle due to nozzle design utilized.  If a modified VP44, oversized injection lines, or oversized connector tubes are installed, the lope will likely be much worse. 

Comp - Custom built injector set utilizing Dynomite's exclusive SAC nozzles.  Injectors will be built to spec based off of vehicle specifics and intended use. Recommended for 625+ RWHP applications & P-Pump conversions. 

 

2003-2004 Cummins 5.9 24V Injector Options:

 Economy - Remanufactured injectors, Economy Series. Very mild 10-20 RWHP increase with full balancing for smoother operation & improved throttle response. Little to no smoke with excellent MPG. Safe on stock trucks. 

305-50 - 15% Over, approximately 50 RWHP over stock.  Safe on stock trucks.  Excellent street manners & MPG.  Pyrometer recommended. 

305-90 - 30% Over, with stock CP3, enough fuel to support 600 RWHP, more power possible with larger CP3. Biggest injector recommended for stock CP3 pump.

305-120 - 45% over, enough fuel to support 900 RWHP. Modified or dual CP3 mandatory. 

305-180 - 60% over.  Enough fuel to support 975 RWHP.  Modified or dual CP3  & pyrometer mandatory. 

305-250 - 100% over with body modifications.  Enough fuel to support 1,100 RWHP.  Modified or dual CP3  & pyrometer mandatory. 

305-350 - 150% over with body modifications.  Enough fuel to support 1,275 RWHP.  Modified dual CP3s  & pyrometer mandatory.

305-SM - Super Mental series intended for 1,300 RWHP & above.  Injector internals have had extensive injector body modifications to flow more fuel.  Recommended for off-road use only!  Built to spec based on intended use & vehicle modifications. 

 

2004.5-2007 Cummins 5.9 24V Injector Options:

67-50 - 15% over, sold with no core charge. Approximately 50 RWHP over stock.  Safe on stock trucks.  Excellent street manners & MPG.  Pyrometer recommended.  Sold as a balanced & matched set.

67-90 - 25% over, sold with no core charge. Enough fuel to support 700 RWHP with modified or dual CP3.  Biggest injector recommended for stock CP3 pump or stock turbo. Sold as a balanced & matched set. 

67-150 - 40% over, sold with no core charge.  Enough fuel to support up to 775 RWHP . Modified or dual CP3 required.  Sold as a balanced & matched set.

67-200 - 60% over, sold with no core charge.  Enough fuel to support up to 850 RWHP . Modified or dual CP3 required. Sold as a balanced & matched set.

2013-2018 Cummins 6.7 Injector Options:

Economy - Remanufactured injector set, Economy Series.  Very mild 10-20 RWHP increase with full balancing for smoother operation & improved throttle response.  Little to no smoke with excellent MPG.  Safe on stock trucks.

6713-90 - 25% over, sold with no core charge. Enough fuel to support 700 RWHP with modified or dual CP3.  Biggest injector recommended for stock CP3 pump or stock turbo. Sold as a balanced & matched set. 

6713-150 - 40% over, sold with no core charge.  Enough fuel to support up to 775 RWHP . Modified or dual CP3 required.  Sold as a balanced & matched set.

6713-200 - 60% over, sold with no core charge.  Enough fuel to support up to 850 RWHP . Modified or dual CP3 required. Sold as a balanced & matched set.
