    Dynomite Diesel Upgraded Injector Applications

    Ford 7.3, 6.0, 6.4, and 6.7 Powerstroke Diesel Engines

     

    1994-1997 Ford 7.3 Powerstroke Injector Options:

    Stage 1 - Fully balanced 90CC with 15% over nozzles.  50 rear wheel horsepower gain.  Safe for stock trucks. Excellent for towing applications.

    Stage 2 - Fully balanced 160CC with 25% over nozzles. 75-100 rear wheel horsepower gain. Great for hot street or light duty towing.  Turbo upgrade mandatory if towing frequently.

    Stage 3 - Fully balanced with 160cc injector bodies & 40% over nozzles.  Approximately 140 RWHP over stock.  High performance injector set, not recommended for towing.  Turbo upgrade and tuning highly recommended.  

     

    1999-2002 Ford 7.3 Powerstroke Injector Options:

    2003-2007 Ford 6.0 Powerstroke Injector Options:

    50 (155/15) - 155cc with a 15% over nozzle. Approximately 50 RWHP increase over stock.  Recommended for towing & also safe on stock trucks.  Sold as a balanced set with latest revisions.

    90 (175/30) - 175cc with a 30% over nozzle.  Approximately 90 RWHP increase over stock. Largest size for stock turbo, not recommended for heavy towing on stock turbo. Sold as a balanced set with latest revisions.

     

    2008-2010 Ford 6.4 Powerstroke Injector Options:

    64-50 - 15% over nozzles, approximately 50hp over stock, capable of 600-625 RWHP.   Safe on a stock truck, great street manners and fuel economy. 

    64-100 - 25% over nozzles, enough fuel to support 650-700 RWHP with supporting modifications.  Intended for high performance use & light towing with modified turbos.  Recommend modified or dual injection pumps & custom tuning to maximize performance.  Can be used with stock fuel system but not ideal.  Use of pyrometer mandatory.  

    64-200 - 60% over nozzles, enough fuel to support 800-850 RWHP with supporting modifications.  Intended for high performance use & light towing with modified turbos.  Recommend modified or dual injection pumps & custom tuning.  Use of pyrometer mandatory. 

    64-300 - 100% over nozzles, enough fuel to support 925-1,000 RWHP with supporting modifications.  Intended for off-road use only!  Heavy fuel delivery and smoke output will require extensive custom tuning.  Dual high pressure injection pumps are mandatory.

    64-SM - Super Mental series injector set intended for 1,100+ RWHP applications.  Recommended for off-road use only! Heavy fuel delivery and smoke output will require extensive custom tuning.  Dual high pressure injection pumps are mandatory. Built to spec based on intended use & vehicle modifications.

     

    2011-2014 Ford 6.7 Powerstroke Injector Options:

    FD67-50 - 20% over, will improve fuel economy & increase power by 50-70 RWHP over stock.   Safe on a stock truck.  Great for towing, excellent street manners, and improved fuel economy.

    FD67-75 - 30% over. Recommend custom tuning for best drivability, performance, & MPG but not mandatory. 100 RWHP increase. Not recommended for frequent heavy towing applications.

    FD67-100 - Approximately 100hp over stock, enough fuel to support roughly 675-700 RWHP. Intended primarily for high performance use & light towing with modified turbo. Tuning recommended.

    FD67-SM - Super Mental series injector set intended for 750+ RWHP applications. Recommended for off-road use only! Built to spec based on intended use & vehicle modifications. 

     

    2015-2017 Ford 6.7 Powerstroke Injector Options:

    FD6715-50 - 20% Over. Will improve fuel economy & increase power by 50-70 RWHP over stock. Safe on a stock truck, great for towing, excellent street manners, and improved fuel economy.

    FD6715-75 - 30% Over. Increase in power by 100 RWHP. Recommend custom tuning for best drivability, performance, & MPG but not mandatory. Not recommended for frequent heavy towing applications

    FD6715-100 - 45% Over. Increase in power by 150-200 RWHP. Requires modified fuel system, turbo(s), & custom tuning. Not recommended for towing.

    FD6715-SM - Intended for 850+ RWHP applications. Recommended for off-road use only! Built to spec based on intended use & vehicle modifications.
