Built for work trucks, daily drivers and the diesel enthusiast in mind these engines are a vast improvement from stock as they contain important upgrades to common problem areas. With the majority of Dodge, Ford and Chevy truck owners having some form or another of aftermarket upgrades done, DFC has remanufactured all of our engines to perform flawlessly with added horsepower and still backed with one of the industry leading warranties in North America.
DFC Diesel Rebuilders prides itself in being the highest quality product on the market. This is why we can back our engines with a 5 year 100,000 mile warranty that they stand behind.
Their engines have been re-manufactured to factory specs using all new industry recognized name brand parts that meet and exceed OEM specifications.
The block has been professionally machined and bored for use with the next over-sized piston NO SLEEVES ARE USED. All New OEM or equivalent pistons, rings, and gaskets are used to ensure quality and consistency of their engines.
Their Re-manufactured Cylinder Heads have all new seats, guides, valves, and stem seals as well as being resurfaced and magnafluxed.

DFC WARRANTY
Their comprehensive warranty is one of the best in the industry giving you 5 years and 100,000 mi of coverage and is provided 100% by DFC and not a third party like some manufacturers. Some remanufacturers may offer similar lengths of warranty coverage, some are parts only and some offer unlimited mileage for their duration. With these in mind we at DFC like to be as fully transparent as possible with all of our valued customers which is why we clearly post our warranty online for anyone to read. As other companies may not post their warranty online or when asked a question about theirs, give generic replies, we wanted to give our customers some questions to ask when they are shopping around for an engine so they can be better informed on their final decision. We would also like to give some insight on why there are so many different warranties out there, as it will show you what there criteria may be like for their rebuilding process.
There is a separate core charge of $3000 that is refundable. This charge must be paid before the engine ships. When the core is returned and inspected, the core charge will be returned less any charges for portions of the core engine that are unusable do to damage.
