Black Diamond 6.0 Powerstroke Platinum Head Gasket Kit
If you are looking for a great kit to replace the head gaskets in your 2003-2007 Ford 6.0 Powerstroke engine as economically as possible, this is the perfect kit for you. This is the same kit that we install in our shop on a daily basis when doing a head gasket job for customers in our busy repair shop. It has everything you need to get the job done. We suggest adding upgraded EGR cooler to complete the job.

Head Gasket Dowel Size:
The 03-05 engines all had 18MM head dowels. From January of 2006 on, all 6.0 engines had 20MM head dowels. If you have a 2006 engine please check engine build date or remove heads first to ensure you order the proper size dowel and gasket for your engine. If you happen to order the wrong size we will gladly exchange the gaskets for the proper size later.
EGR Cooler Options:
If you would like to keep the egr system intact, we suggest adding one of our upgraded egr coolers. They have a tube style center section that will not rupture like the factory fin style coolers. The early 03-03 trucks have a round cooler and the later 04-07 trucks have a square cooler. Please check your cooler style before ordering.
