Black Diamond designed this oil filter cap to be the last one you ever buy! The plastic factory and aftermarket caps are know to leak and cross thread after use. End that grief forever with this billet aluminum oil filter cap! It is engineered to be a perfect fit for the factory style oil filter cartridges.
If you wanted to add a port to check oil pressure, the center of the cap is drilled and tapped to 1/8 pipe thread for whatever type of accessory you would like to add.
Also included with the cap is the proper OEM replacment oil filter and oring.

Love the look, and very well built! Screwed right on and included a filter. (YouTube video said 2, so was a but disappointed) You'll never have to worry about wearing a plastic one out ever again. Highly recommended.

The oil cap seems to be well made. I would like it more if it were polished, but that doesn't affect the functionality. It still looks clean and can easily be powder coated or painted.
