Most products will ship the same day if ordered before 1 pm EST Mon-Fri. We ship products nationwide daily. Our products are delivered to most parts of the country in 2-5 days. Faster shipping options are available, please call. Most products will ship either UPS ground or USPS Priority mail. Most packages require signature upon delivery. Any item damaged in shipping should be reported within 24 hours of receiving package.
Most items will ship from one of several warehouses across the United States. Please understand that your item may not ship directly from our home office in PA. Also understand that kits and multiple item orders may ship from several different warehouses.
All parts carry a manufacturer warranty only. Little Power Shop does not guarantee or warranty any part directly unless instructed by manufacturer. If there is any issue with a part within the manufacturer warranty period, we will work with the manufacturer on your behalf to resolve the issue when possible. Some manufacturers will require you to contact them directly for warranty. When instructed by the manufacturer, we will exchange the defective part for a new one. Little Power Shop will not pay labor, fluids, or any other incidental costs from any failure of any part. The warranty is only for the replacement of the originally purchased part only.
Core Charge Policy:
Many items we sell have a core charge associated with them. What this means is the manufacturer uses the old item in some fashion to remanufacture new items. They charge us this fee up front and unfortunately we have no choice but to pass this on to the customer to ensure that we get the core units back. The core charge is in addition to the posted price of the item and separate charge.
All products with a core charge must have the total amount of the core charge paid in full before the item can ship. Sometimes if an item is purchased through our webstore or through an online channel like Ebay, the core charge cannot be added at the time of purchase. We will contact you for credit card information to put the core charge on before we can ship your item(s).
You will have thirty days (30) from the time you receive the item to return the core items to us. When you are ready to send back your core items please do the following steps:
- Place core items back in original packaging or boxes
- Send an email with your name and sales order number to email@example.com
- We will email you a UPS return label for your cores
- Print the label out and attach it to your package
- Give package to any UPS driver or UPS pickup center
Once we receive your core(s) back we will inspect them. The cores must be complete and cannot be missing any parts or pieces or broken beyond reasonable repair. If you have any questions on the condition of your cores, please contact us at 1-877-367-9351. Once the cores are accepted (3-10 days), you will be refunded your original core charge back to the credit card you paid for the core charge with.
If the cores are returned after thirty (30) days without prior arrangements being made, only 75% of core credit will be given.
This policy applies to any product we sell that has a core charge including injectors, turbos, injection pumps, egr coolers, transmissions, torque convertors, valve bodies, etc.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you may return the uninstalled, brand new, still in the original packaging item within 30 days of purchase. All refunds of this nature will be less original shipping costs and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you receive an item that is defective or we sent you the wrong item, we will send you a return shipping label and send out a new product once we receive the item back.
Bumpers, fuel tanks, and other large or special order items are not returnable. Programmers and other electronic equipment may not be returnable if you have installed it in your vehicle. Engine kits, head gasket kits, internal engine parts, gaskets, fuel injection parts, and turbochargers are not returnable.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT A PRIOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA). NO COD SHIPMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Please call during business hours and request an RMA number if you have to return an item. This RMA should be on the shipping label in either the notes or the shipping label.
